Pearl Beach Hotels Ltd have started construction of the show home for the prestigous new residential marina development at English Point, Mombasa. The development is located on an idyllic site along an inland creek approximately a mile from the coastline and includes yacht berths, a breakwater, sailing centre and a slipway for the launch and recovery of boats. Beckett Rankine have helped design the project's marine facilities with architects Nigel Mackenzie and Broadway Malyan.
